Governing your use of LCFA's data analytics training platform
Welcome to the LCFA (LONDON CENTER FOR ANALYTICS) platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online data analytics training platform, educational services, and related features.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Platform Overview
LCFA operates an educational technology platform offering:
- Data analytics training programs (Bootcamp, Accelerator, L.I.F.T.™ Method)
- Online courses and educational content
- Membership subscriptions and payment processing
- Onboarding and progress tracking systems
- Community features and support services
LCFA is operated by LONDON CENTER FOR ANALYTICS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14921110, with registered office at 8 Eastfield Close, Townhill, Swansea, Wales, SA1 6SG .
You are responsible for the computer, internet access and software you use on our programs, including any third-party accounts or licences and what they cost. We do not supply, control or set the price of those products, and your use of them is governed by your agreement with the vendor rather than by these Terms.
Payment Methods
- • Credit and debit cards (processed via Stripe)
- • Subscription/installment plans where available
- • One-time full payments
Currency & Pricing
- • All prices listed in British Pounds (GBP)
- • Prices include applicable taxes
- • Promotional pricing subject to terms
- • 30 days' notice for pricing changes
Subscription Services
- • Billing occurs according to your selected plan frequency
- • Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled
- • Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle
- • Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial periods
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolling, without giving any reason. Starting the course does not take this right away. To cancel, email learn@lcfa.ai with your name and your program before the deadline given in your enrollment confirmation. A sentence saying you want to cancel is enough.
If You Cancel Within 14 Days
- • We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation
- • If the program has not started, you get back everything you have paid
- • If you asked us to start before the 14 days were up, we may keep a proportionate amount for what was delivered, and refund the rest
After the 14 Days
- • Refunds are at our discretion and considered case-by-case
- • Medical or emergency situations require documentation
- • Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill
Subscription Cancellations
- • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
- • Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
- • Access continues until paid period expires
- • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
If something has gone wrong, tell us before you escalate it. Most complaints are resolved at the point they are properly heard, and we would rather fix it than have you out of pocket.
How to raise one
Email learn@lcfa.ai with the word "Complaint" in the subject, what happened, and what you would like us to do about it.
What happens next
- • We respond within 5 working days, with either an answer or a date by which you will have one
- • If you are not satisfied with that response, you can ask for an internal review
- • The review is carried out by a director, who is not the person who handled the original complaint, and completed within 15 working days
- • Raising a complaint does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including account registration information, payment and billing data, learning progress metrics, and technical usage data.

- • Stripe for payment processing
- • Google OAuth for authentication
- • Resend for email communications
- • PostgreSQL for data storage
Your Data Rights

Important Disclaimer
Our Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

While we provide career support and training, we cannot guarantee:
